Why won a child bypass the VueMaster?
There are several reasons why a child might not bypass a VueMaster: • A parent can tell whether the VueMaster has been bypassed by looking at its display. Normally when a child is watching a TV/monitor which is connected to a VueMaster the VueMaster display will show something like the following: If the parent sees the child watching the TV / monitor and the VueMaster display doesn’t look as shown above then the parent knows the VueMaster has been bypassed. • Home entertainment centre wiring is often fairly complicated (as in the example shown next). Bypassing a VueMaster by unplugging and replugging cables would be too difficult for most younger children. • Another reason some children won’t try to bypass the VueMaster is simply because they are told not to. In summary, a VueMaster can be bypassed. However, a VueMaster used by younger children in a family room is unlikely to be bypassed.
