Why won 2xExplorer maintain the maximised/minimised state of its window when I restart it?

A. 2xExplorer will automatically save its (normal) window position and restore it the next time the program is launched. However, if you want to start it in either maximised or minimised state then you’d have to tweak the properties of the shortcut that you use to launch 2xExplorer (usually kept on the desktop or in the Start menu). Right-click on it and invoke the Properties dialog; in the Shortcut tab locate the Run drop-down list box and instead of the default “Normal window” setting select whatever takes your fancy (i.e. Minimised or Maximised). 2xExplorer will honour your request whilst retaining the normal window size and position as usual.
