Why Winchester Virginia?
The reason we chose Winchester Virginia is simple. Yet it has many reasons. First the President and founder of Visual Link Internet is a 9 generation Winchester Native. His first American ancestor John Bayliss along with George Washington surveyed and layout the original plans and streets for the Town of Winchester for Lord Fairfax. And Visual Link Internet is continuing to map the city of Winchester. But this time it is with information roadways for the city. The high speed Internet we are building is not just for the wealthy or the middle class. Information and access to it for our school children should be equal for all students regardless of their income level.The ability to have a computer and internet access at home is surely an advantage that all students should have. And with this project we are building an Information roadway to map the route to success for students in this ever increasing technology based world.
