Why will the specialist inpatient rehabilitation service be in Bradford?
The service concentrates on those people who have the most complex care needs and are more likely to have come to it direct from hospital. By having the service ultimately on the same site as the acute admission wards, we will be able to offer more focused rehabilitation care to people who, because of their complex needs, could not have been managed in isolated, stand-alone units in Moor Lane or Daisy Bank in Bradford.
