Why will some people not sell bootlegs?
Some people regard the music as not their property, and so do not feel comfortable with selling copies of their bootlegs — they are just simply morally against the whole idea of selling. Others with make a small charge to cover the cost of the materials and postage. Other reasons include that the trader does not want to risk being caught by the authorities for selling music that he/she does not own the rights to, or the trader has no need to sell — they may be interested more in building their collection and so prefer to conduct trades only.
