Why will PhotoJam 4 Deluxe not let me import images from my digital camera?
There are a couple of things that could remedy the problem that you are experiencing. Please try both of these suggestions: • Install the camera manufacturer’s drivers for your digital camera and restart your computer. • After installing PhotoJam 4 Deluxe for the first time, restart your computer. When you launch the application again, attach your camera to the computer and turn the power on the camera. A dialog box should appear that will ask if you would like to import photos from the camera. Choose ‘Yes’ and select which photos you would like to import from your camera into PhotoJam 4 Deluxe.
