Paige Barton, a University of Delaware sophomore, learned the tricks of eating healthy at college in a master class that will be on TV today. Her instructors: Rachael Ray, former Food Network celebrity chef turned talk show host, and David Zinczenko, author of “Eat This, Not That!” Barton, 18, from Northboro, Mass., got food schooled during a taping in New York as a guest on “The Rachael Ray Show.” She was chosen to appear after one of her Alpha Delta Pi sorority sisters, Maria Constanza, wrote Ray asking for advice on eating well in college. The producers wrote back saying that they were interested in doing a segment on college nutrition, and said they were specifically looking for a sophomore living in a campus residence hall.
