Why will my Triton Bezique shower only produce cold water and no hot?

My Triton Bezique elctric shower will not produce any hot water even if you leave it running for ages. It will only run cold water. The light will sometimes flick on to the hot water but immediately flick back to low pressure and continue with running cold water. Any help appreciated.
