Why will my PC not allow component downloads needed to run Banner?

0

Certain Banner clients work with sensitive data such as HIPPA data. For these clients, the PC has been set-up to run on user-level permissions only. In order to download the components necessary for running Banner, the client must be logged in to the PC as an Administrator. This may require an ITS support person to come out to the Client’s office to log-in to the PC as an Administrator. Once the Administrator has opened Banner and allowed for the components to be downloaded onto the PC, the client can then log back in with their user-level permissions and run Banner normally.
