Why Whole Life Coaching?

Whole Life Coaching is not a psychotherapeutic process, analytic, or past oriented. It is focused on the present and how to get to the future that the participant would prefer to live. Coaching does not dwell on past experiences, traumas, or issues, but is dedicated to helping participants discover their own skills, strengths, and abilities to achieve their own desires. A life coach works in partnership with people. It is not a client/patient relationship. In the context of dealing with cancer, participants work with the Coach to achieve the best quality of life possible for themselves and/or their families.
