Why white light splits up while passing through prism?

0

because white light is made of spectra of colors(VIBGYOR),while passing from one medium to another the bending of any color of light depends on its wavelength and so while a white light is made incident one side white light splits in to several colors and then on second surface of prism it splits more widely and cleraly

see….. the WHITE LIGHT passing through a prism is made with the combination of diffrent light rays (of diffrent wavelegth).and the reson of dispertion of light is that “the light travels with diffrent speed in diffrent medium”…….
