Group SMS Messaging uses a technique called Email 2 SMS, which sends an email to our provider to send the SMS. If you have a Firewall installed, for example Zone Alarm Pro, this can interfere with the sending of the email to our provider. You must disable this for Group SMS Messaging and also allow it to communicate with the internet.
