Why when I select a connection speed, the loading animation starts but the broadcast never finishes loading?
This occurs when your browser settings prevent ActiveX components from loading. In order to check this setting, select the “Tools” menu at the top of Internet Explorer. Next select “Internet Options” —> then “Security” tab —> click on “Custom Level” at the bottom of the window. Once in the settings, ensure that “Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins” is enabled.
