Why when Barcelona won the Champions Cup did they down English Soccer?
It was mostly fans from teams of other leagues that have been wanting to criticize the Premier League for the last year, ever since it was an all-English final. People that support teams from other leagues feel that the English teams are just buying all the trophies and don’t seem to accept that it’s a phase where there are more English teams going deep in Europe.
The Barcelona fans in general where fine after the defeat and weren’t bad winners at all, I went to their section the day after the loss and they where all very graceful winners I thought and happy but where mature and took the victory well and would say they where mostly magnanimous. The ones who where bitter and unsporting that day where not the Barca fans just idiots jumping on their bandwagon but mainly fans of other teams.
Hello. You seem like an amiable person and are new around these parts. I have this to offer you. Some of these so called ‘fans of X club’ are post World Cup bandwagon glory fans, and they brought their hating and dissing habits from the other sports they followed over here. I would recommend not taking too many of their their comments here at face value. Stick around for awhile, and you’ll see who, when and why.
