Why were the world war 2 axis leaders so aggressive?
The question itself is not entirely true. While there’s no doubt that Mussolini and Hitler were aggressive, other leaders can be debated in both prospectives. Fransisco Franco is hardly aggressive. He was responsible for making Spain “neutral” by giving lists of excuses in terms of how Spain was not ready to make any military commitments to Third Reich.
