Why were Resident Director and Greek Assistant positions cut for next year?
Although the freshman quad will be staffed with one hall director per building, upperclassmen housing will not. This was done to bring the staff student ratio closer to that of our peer schools, and ultimately to give more independence to upperclassmen and Greeks. All upperclassmen buildings will still have 2 to 3 RA staff members.
