Why were political parties formed in America ?
I don’t think there’s a logical answer to this question. Over time groups of politicians emerged and political parties were formed. There was a time when our founding fathers didn’t want to have any parties. They felt as thought they would tear the country apart. I have to admit that they may have been on to something when you consider the division between Democrats and Republicans today.
