Depending on the lead, it can be normal to not have an S wave, or not have an R wave. I’m unsure if that is normal in lead III, but if the doctor didn’t say anything about it, it is probably one of the leads in which it is normal. It could also just be an error on the part of the placement of the stickers, etc.
