Why wasnt the notification delivered to the e-mail address I used when I signed up for the Infomercial?
Our system is set up to use the e-mail address you already have in your back office. To do otherwise would be a programming nightmare because of the need to have our system interface with an outside system. Instead we use the system already in place and the e-mail address you have in your back office already. No need to reinvent the wheel when it just isnt necessary.
