Why wasn the disc I inserted into the Disc Stakka gate drawn into the unit?
Check the LED next to the Disc Stakka’s gate to determine the unit’s operation status. If the LED is off The Disc Stakka is not ready. Make sure it is properly connected to your computer, and that the OpdiTracker software is running. If the LED is flashing This is caused by the following conditions: • The unit is full. Check the unit’s properties to make sure it has vacant slots. • The unit is busy. Allow time for the current operation to complete. • The OpdiTracker software is not running. Start OpdiTracker either from the Windows Start button, or by navigating to it through Windows Explorer. • The unit is in error. If there are vacant slots in the unit and the LED continues to flash, view the error details to determine what action to take. If the LED is on This means that the unit is operating correctly.
