Why wasn the disc I inserted into the Disc Manager 100 gate drawn into the unit?
Check the LED light next to the Disc Manager 100 gate to determine the unit’s operation status. If the LED is off: The Disc Manager 100 is not ready. Make sure it is properly connected to your computer, and that the OpdiTracker software is running. If the LED is flashing: This is caused by the following conditions: • Upon initial installation of the OpdiTracker software onto your computer, and connection of the Disc Manager 100 unit to same computer via the USB cable provided, you must first re-boot your computer. The LED light should be constantly lit before inserting discs. • The unit is full. Check the unit’s properties to make sure it has vacant slots. • The unit is busy. Allow time for the current operation to complete. • The OpdiTracker software is not running. Start OpdiTracker either from the Windows Start button, or by navigating to it through Windows Explorer. • The unit is in error.
