Why wasn t my order shipped as soon as it was placed?

Merchandise is normally shipped out of our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your order. In stock merchandise will ship same day if order is placed by 1:00pm EST. If an item is on backorder or the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be delayed. Approximate ship date on backorders will be 2-4 weeks based on manufacturers availability.
