Why was there a delay between the initial consultation with faculty and staff and the delivery of the Focus on People framework?
There have been a number of reasons for the delays in moving forward with the framework. Last year, there was a change in leadership with the incoming appointment of Professor Toope as our President. While much of the People Plan was developed under the tenure of Martha Piper, it was important for the framework to reflect the goals and reflections of our new President.
