Why was the Wet Weather Solutions Program established?
The Wet Weather Solutions Program was created to coordinate the activities of the Overflow Control Program, KC-One and Waterways. The coordination will avoid duplication of efforts and allow for the consideration of using multifaceted solutions that reduce flooding, improve water quality and protect and restore the natural environment.
