It was a deviant tangent meant for the purpose of verbalistic art, an extra–one of those applications of concept meant for the advancement of a more civilized and fair society composed of individual males–women were too busy keeping everything running efficiently while men were at meetings. When they got home from the meetings, women reminded them about the necessity for fairness and a checks and balances system, but males ( over 200 years ago) forgot about it when they had the first meeting where they applied change to the document itself. In other words; no one really knows these days.
