Why was the PDi Survey Effectiveness Index© developed?
The PDi Survey Effectiveness Index© was developed to provide the essential analysis and information necessary to assess the effectiveness and productive applications of survey results. Prior to the PDi Survey Effectiveness Index©, a comprehensive and uniform national benchmark of survey effectiveness was unavailable. Consequently, organizations did not have an objective and comparative measure/audit of their various survey efforts.
