Why was The Crown Development created?
We had a unique opportunity to acquire a 1600 acre ranch, composed of two mountain tops and a lush valley, in the Black Hills of Wyoming. We wanted to do something developers on smaller sites couldn’t and don’t do…build high quality homes, on estate sized parcels, with lots of “green space.” Our vision was to allow homeowners to realize all the benefits of this much space without all the associated work or expense. We also wanted to position our clients to be able to leverage the Wyoming’s citizen friendly tax structure. Wyoming is considered the most tax friendly state in the union.
