Why was the camps name changed from City Kids Adventures to Pathfinders Adventure Camp?
The camp’s name was changed to celebrate the adventurous spirit of the camp and to encourage and remind our campers to explore their individual and collective potential. What does a typical day Pathfinders look like? 9:00-9:30 – Morning Meeting 9:30 -12:00 – Morning Activity Block 12:00-1:00 – Lunch & Activity Sign Up 1:00-3:30 – Afternoon Activity Block 3:30-4:00 – Afternoon Meeting & Activity Sign Up How do campers sign up for their activities? On Monday mornings, all campers will sign up during the meeting morning. Campers that are new on Monday will sign up for activities before returning campers. For the rest of the week, campers sign up for their afternoon activity during lunch and then sign up for the next morning’s activity during the afternoon meeting at the end of the day. Campers will be assigned to sign up groups that will rotate to ensure a fair sign up process. On Monday mornings campers will sign up for the adventure activities they are interested in.
