TechInsights is currently transforming from a pure media company to a next generation information services company, with products like VirtuaLabs and eLearning platforms for engineers. Acquisitions are integral to this transformation and the Sanguine deal follows TechInsights?earlier acquisitions of Semiconductor Insights (SI) and Portelligent last year. Sanguine extends the capacity and Southeast Asian footprint of TechInsights?Services team. As well, the TechInsights Services unit will help Sanguine access a wider global audience and extend its intellectual property expertise.
