Having been a classroom teacher for over 12 years in Orange County, Cynthia Garland, founder of Tech Companion, saw the endless possibilities that technology could help to enhance the curriculum. With teachers’ days becoming filled with endless responsibilities and curriculum to cover, it became apparent that technology needed to be integrated into the curriculum rather than taught in isolation.
