Why was Realty Advisors International started?
A. The Company was formed in 2007 by Mr. John Freeland a successful full time real estate investor and Ms. Lou Ann Barrette a Realtor and Real Estate Broker. Being involved in the negotiation, purchase and sale of hundreds of transactions during this time, Mr. Freeland, recognized the shortcomings of the real estate industry in the way it compensated its agents and the way the customer was being serviced. In addressing these two issues coupled with a declining real estate market, Mr. Freeland with Ms. Lou Ann Barrette, a RE Broker and Mr. Angelo Cassaro, a RE Broker for nearly 30 years, recognized a significant opportunity to change the compensation model to greatly benefit the Agents while providing the tools and resources to the agents that they currently lacked, so the Agents’ would be more effective, therefore increasing productivity.
