Why was New Mexico Ethics Alliance formed?
The need for improved ethical behavior has been highlighted in recent years by numerous scandals and notorious examples of ethical misconduct found across the business, government and non-profit sectors. Several New Mexico leaders recognized a need for focused ethics resources to help organizations prevent and/or recover from ethical misconduct. The New Mexico Ethics Alliance recognizes that organizations must meet increasing stakeholder and compliance needs. The Alliance was formed to support organizations as they develop and establish ethical standards and practices.
