Why was my Network Health TogetherTM coverage stopped?

0

There are several reasons why your coverage may have stopped. You may no longer qualify for MassHealth. Every year, MassHealth verifies your member eligibility by mailing you a renewal form which you must fill out and send back. Network Health TogetherTM members are required to fill out this form, too. MassHealth may stop your coverage if you are no longer eligible or if they have not received your completed renewal form. If you did not receive this form, contact MassHealth at 800-841-2900 to ensure they have your current/correct address. Another reason you may lose coverage is if you have moved out of Massachusetts. Call the Medicaid office in the state to which you have moved to find out about their health insurance options.
