Miken is working diligently to make sure that all unauthorized uses of its intellectual property are removed from eBay as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, an item slips through the cracks and some auctions of counterfeit or infringing items are completed. This does not affect that the sale of unauthorized goods is against the law.
