We conducted a voluntary nationwide recall of all lots of the GLACIER MINT® and BUBBLE BLAST® flavors of LISTERINE® AGENT COOL BLUE® in April 2007 after determining that the preservative system was not adequate against certain microorganisms. We worked closely with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration regarding this issue and voluntarily implemented a precautionary nationwide recall.
