Why was Lincoln a more successful political leader than Jefferson Davis?
lincoln was technically not a better political leader than davis, it is just that the Confederacy was not a stable form of government in a time of ar. You could not have all the states making different decisions for themselves when their nation needed one large executive decision for the good of the nation, but his constitution did not give the ppower to do so.
