Miss Minnesota Hawaiian Tropic 2006, Kristi Parrales, filed a restraining order against her ex, actor Andrew Keegan, on Monday asking that he not be allowed within 100 yards of her at any time. According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Parrales contends that her former boyfriend has been harassing her for over a year, including calling her names, throwing her across a living room in front of other people and — as of last week — slashing her car tires. Most widely know for his early ’90s roles on TV shows “Party of Five” and “7th Heaven” and in the movies “10 Things I Hate About You,” Keegan was also briefly engaged to singer LeAnn Rimes in 2001.
