Why was Illinois governor Blagojevich still allowed to appoint the next Senator after proved to be corrupt?
Okay. Pay attention this time. Blagojevich has not been PROVEN to be corrupt. He has been arrested. He has been charged. He is out of jail on bail. He will face a trial. He is innocent until PROVEN GUILTY. Does any of this sound familiar? While he is awaiting trial, he still has his job as governor. He is still legally required to do his job as governor. Just as you would have to do your job if you were on bail awaiting trial. Got it now? You could read all about the rights and procedures for yourself, in the Constitution. Oh no, wait, you can’t. It will bite you.
No, it shouldn’t be allowed!!! He should be kicked out of office, go to jail & not allowed to pass ‘go’!!! In fact, the whole ‘bunch’ should!!! O’Bama Mama is already in ‘office’, I tell you!!!
