Why was Grocery List Generator created?
Just like the majority of my extensions, this one too was created in 2005. My mate LX and his girl wanted to have something that would automate their grocery shopping for a long time, and we decided to go ahead and make something. Though for LX the first version already was perfect for what he wanted, you all kept asking for more and more, and so it became what it currently is. Basically it’s just a simple grocery list generator, but with the addition of a couple of features making it more and more suitable for storing your recipes as well. In the summer of 2007 I implemented import and publish routines so you could all start sharing your recipes on grocerylistgenerator.com.
