A. ENS was formed from the passion and commitment of a group of men who believe the condition of the family unit is not a good one, especially in the minority and African American communities, and men must take the lead in addressing this problem. ENS has grown out of a 3-year pilot in the faith-supported initiative in 2001 to a non-profit organization to better serve the communities.
