Why was Endeavor created?
Endeavor came out of more than a decade of working with people individually on getting to the heart of how they might fully understand and engage their own callings and dreams. Having written books on the topic and coached individuals through much of this material, it became clear there needed to be a structured way to integrate the basics of this process with the valuable work of a coach. Books and impersonal assessments alone couldn’t help people in the way a combination of self assessment and coaching could.
