(Edit) PLEASE DON’T USE “SAVING MONEY” as a reason for dropping the atomic bombs… I’d ask you a _rhetorical_ question if the American people would approve of associating lives with a monetary value whether it be for enemies or for our own soldiers. On this same note, I wouldn’t recommend saying “they should have used the A-bomb because it meant that the war would end” because that sounds more like your introduction paragraph than a body paragraph. Saying that dropping the bomb would mean an end to the war doesn’t in itself justify dropping it since any other method would have ended the war too dependent upon how many lives would be lost and how much time it would take to implement it. (/Edit) 1) The firebombing of Tokyo killed more people than the atomic bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki ever did (this is including deaths from the radiation after the bombs dropped).
