Why was B ai Israel started?
B’nai Israel was started for the same basic reason all congregations are started – a need for a new congregation was recognized. Several individuals saw a need for a congregation in the northern part of Collin County. These individuals shared the same vision and goals for a congregation. As a result, they collectively decided to take the risk and responsibility of building B’nai Israel in Frisco, Texas.
