Charlie Sheen has been arrested in the Colorado resort town of Aspen on charges related to the violence he did by beating his own wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen. Charlie Sheen was soon released on Friday (December 25) night after being kept in the local jail since Christmas morning on charges of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. The 44-year-old star of of the CBS show “Two and Half Men” was arrested after police were called by a 9-1-1 call about 8:30 a.m. to a home at 320 West Hallam St. near downtown. An ambulance was called, but the alleged victim did not require help, according to Aspen police. Sheen has retained Aspen attorney Richard Cummins.
