A REC Bidder may, in its Part 1 Proposal, request modifications to the Standard Letters of Credit that are non-material in nature, or that clarify the intent of the Standard Letter of Credit, or that make modifications advantageous to both ComEd and the Bidder. Using these criteria, if ComEd does not find the requested modification to be acceptable, the requested modification will be rejected. Please note that the review communicated to each RFP or REC Bidder regarding the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit is final. Please also note that all modifications accepted to the Letters of Credit for the benefit of any one RFP Bidder or REC Bidder are made available to all RFP Bidder or REC Bidders on an optional basis. These modifications have been posted to the Standard Products Documents page and the Renewables Documents page. 5/4/2009, in Renewables RFP.
