Why utilities as fixed cost?
How much does it usually cost to pay for utilities? I`m not sure how you came by my name (as I write for HT magazine and also blog on the web), but if you were unaware, I also wrote a book on travel nursing that was just published at the beginning of this year. Phone, cable TV, and Internet are usually the traveler`s responsibility and can vary depending on location and the options that you choose.
