Vinyl flashing will not corrode and or deteriorate. Aluminum will be destroyed by ACQ Pressure treated lumber. Pressure treated lumber contains high concentrations of copper. This copper causes dissimilar metal corrosion. When you use aluminum flashing with these chemicals you get product failure. Resulting in structural failure and moisture damage.
