Convenience and record keeping. The corporate program puts all your bookings in one place making it easy for travel coordinators to keep track of your company’s business travel. Your account also allows you to make changes through your corporate portal anytime, applying the change rules and fees (if any) outlined in your contract. You can choose to show or hide your fares from your traveling employees. You can store all your passenger information including phone numbers and frequent flyer numbers for easy retrieval. You can add users and choose whether to share with them your corporate credit card information or hide it, requiring each user to enter his/her own issued company credit card. Who qualifies for a corporate account? Businesses that travel at least 500 one-way segments on Island Air routes in a 12-month period. How are businesses qualified?
