IRM is used as the cement for the PedoNatural Crown for 3 very sound reasons: 1) It has been clinically proven for over 60 years to be an exceptional retentive cement as well as a highly successful pulp filling material, 2) IRM will adhere to the interior of the PNC, glass ionomer cements will not, and 3) when using IRM simultaneously as a cement and a pulp filling material the success of pulp treatment is greatly enchanced.
