Why use extracts, not whole plants?
Horny Goat Weed Extreme is made using only top quality herbal extracts. To produce these extracts, the raw plant material is refined and the active ingredients concentrated to produce a far more powerful end-product than simply the plant alone. For example, Horny Goat Weed Extreme contains a 100:1 extract of Tongkat ali, meaning that it takes 100kg of plant to produce 1kg of extract. Most herbal products should be sold as capsules that contain extracts, as the raw plant powders do not contain a high enough concentration of the active chemicals to be effective. Do not be fooled by products that contain only powders, or attracted by their generally cheaper price – these powders contain little active ingredient and have very little effect.
